Where is your shop?
We are an online store Based in Taupo, New Zealand, and all our product are shipped from this address.
How long will I wait for my delivery?
We pack and send orders daily - parcels are usually collected by the courier the following morning for "overnight" delivery in NZ? (sometimes there are unexpected delays out of our control) - Most NZ orders are delivered within 2-3 business days of ordering. RD addresses take a day or two longer.
Deliveries to Australia usually take 4-5 days to reach the country, then another few days to be delivered via AusPost .
Which Courier do you use?
Our preferred courier is NzPost, but we do on the rare occasion use Aramex.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, once your parcel has been booked for collection, you will receive an Invoice via email with a link to track your order.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, orders can be arranged to be collected once they are paid for - we do not have a retail showroom, and products are not "on display"
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Paracord orders over $500 will be considered bulk, send us an e-mail and we will consider any discounts.
Where are your Products Made?
We have manufacturers in the United States, and China.
